30-Day Return/Refund Policy

At 852 Corner, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please note that we can only process refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Goods Damaged During Shipping: If your items arrive damaged, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Goods Lost During Shipping: In the rare event that your order is lost during shipping, we will issue a full refund once the issue is verified.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at cs@852gateway.com with your order details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged goods).

Returns

In the case of damaged goods, we may require the product to be returned to us for verification and processing. If a return is needed, we will provide you with a shipping label via email to make the process as convenient as possible.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit. Once the item is received and assessed, we will proceed with the refund.

Refunds

It can take up to 5 business days for funds to be transferred and the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Please note that any shipping fees incurred are not refundable.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are clearly marked 'Final Sale' with a dropdown link of our Return Policy on each product page of applicable Final Sale items.

Final Sale items are not refundable, exchangeable, eligible for price adjustments nor eligible for credit.

Price Adjustments

We are happy to accommodate a one-time price adjustment for an item if it goes on permanent markdown within 14 days of your order’s purchase date. A refund or price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment. Price adjustments will not be accommodated for any items that are part of Flash Sales, short-term campaigns, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Boxing Week events. Price adjustments will not be made for final sale items or previously discounted items.
